What to expect..

In our training week, we have put together a special off-ice program for you, where we focus on creating a flow of arms, movements with smooth transitions, and a dancer's expression.

We have paid special attention to tailoring the training sessions to the respective age groups.

The training per day amounts to approximately 5-6 hours.

"An excerpt from our training inObersdorf, Germany."

Figure skating is a very multifaceted sport that sometimes depends on the artistic execution of pirouettes, jumps, expression, elegance and harmonious harmony with the music and choreography.

Some factors, such as jumps, turns and performance, depend on continuous training.

In addition to intensive training on the ice, a special program of exercises off the ice, i.e. off-ice training, is very important for the development of body and mind.

The muscle group in the lower back area, as well as the abdominal muscles and a strong core, play a major role during jumps and pirouettes.

A strengthened core not only makes your posture more stable, you can also see a significant improvement in jumping elements, balance and turns.

Pilates

Pilates is a holistic training method. It aims to improve physical fitness, correct posture and promote mental concentration.

Pilates is based on several fundamental principles including control, concentration, centering, breathing, precision and flow. These principles are at the heart of the Pilates method and guide the exercises.

A central concept of Pilates is strengthening the body's core. This area includes the abdominal muscles, lower back, pelvis and buttocks. The exercises aim to improve the strength and stability of this area, resulting in better posture and a stable core.

Correct breathing is crucial in Pilates. It is consciously coordinated and synchronized with the movements. Deep breathing helps to activate the muscles, promote relaxation and increase energy supply.

Pilates exercises are performed with great control and precision. Every movement should be deliberate and controlled to activate the correct muscles and avoid injury.

Pilates promotes awareness of your own body. The exercises require mindfulness and concentration in order to develop better body awareness.

Pilates combines strengthening exercises with stretching exercises, making muscles longer and leaner. This leads to improved flexibility and body strength.

Pilates exercises don't just focus on isolated muscle groups, but aim to involve the entire body. This creates a balanced and holistic training.

Pilates can be practiced at different levels, ranging from beginner to advanced exercises.

Pilates offers a wide range of health benefits including improved posture, increased strength and flexibility, increased core stability and overall better body awareness. It is a gentle yet effective form of exercise that is suitable for people of all ages and fitness levels.

Recovery training

Shifting attention away from the muscles and toward the surrounding fascial tissue can help prevent injury and make movement perception (kinesthetics) more accurate and complete. Sensory physical activity combined with a high level of movement acuity can prevent injuries more effectively than heavy training!

The goal of ISO-ReGeN regeneration training is to strengthen the yin and yang, to extremely strengthen the musculoskeletal system and the fascia system, to regenerate the neuromuscular connections and to improve mental balance and stability.
Through the ISO-ReGeN regeneration training, all tissue layers of the body can be brought together into a complete unit.
It's a workout for every level.
